Each bedroom, living room, and downstairs family room is equipped with its own air conditioning unit, allowing guests complete control over their individual comfort. Bedrooms are furnished with either a king bed or two twin beds and include full ensuite bathrooms. Beach towels are provided in each room, and every bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, and face towels. An initial set of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion is provided, along with a hair dryer in each bathroom.

Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glassware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, and baking trays. Additional amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, an instant hot water boiler, and a blender.
