The place is clean and beautifully designed. Bathrooms are crisp clean. Management provided good instructions. The biggest issue is the NOISE. The place is renovated but original construction is old. Every step creates squeaking floor noise. The upstairs Airbnb unit adds worst of the noise. The guests in that unit used to run and jump in their unit creating shaking and loud noise in our entire unit. The plumbing is badly designed and every single flush creates terrible noise in living room and basement where all the pipes are present. 2 queen beds in basement are almost non usable due to this noise. This and person taking shower upstairs creates loud running water noise on 1st floor as well waking everyone up multiple times in night. The place is beautiful but when on vacation, you are mostly using the place for sleeping and what's the use of it when you are up every hour due to such poor construction and plumbing. We all were sleep deprived most of the nights. Use night ear plugs.

Designed for both comfort and flexibility, the downstairs family room features two queen beds and its own bathroom, comfortably accommodating an additional two to four guests and making this villa ideal for families or group stays.
Inside Poolside Bungalow
Each bedroom, the living room, and the downstairs family room are equipped with individual air conditioning units, allowing guests to enjoy complete temperature control throughout the villa. The ground-floor bedrooms offer the choice of a king bed or two twin beds and include full ensuite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience.
Beach towels are provided in each room, and every bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, and face towels. Guests are also provided with an initial set of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion in each bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and includes glassware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, and baking trays. Additional amenities include a Nespresso coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, an instant hot water boiler, and a blender, along with olive oil, salt, and pepper for guest use.
Guests can relax and dine on the private garden lanai, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that creates a tranquil island setting. Just 50 yards from the beach, the villa offers easy access to swimming, snorkeling, and surfing, making it a true tropical oasis.

Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Wailea Inn.

We loved our stay here!! It was just perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean (I'm picky!), comfortable, and had enough space. It was very nice to have 3 bathrooms and a wash and dryer. Even though it is shared with 2 other units it still felt private and safe. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had a beach umbrella break and they had a new one delivered immediately which was so nice. We have never staying in Kihei and we loved it. We walked to Charley Young Beach almost every day also. Super close and great spot. Would definitely recommend, and stay here again. Thank you!
We booked these accommodations last minute due to an issue with our original Airbnb. It was actually the same day. We were so relieved to arrive at a place that was squeaky clean and had working air-conditioning units! Shahaf was so responsive to any concerns and requests. The pool was definitely the highlight, even though the ocean is right there. It was nice to relax in the early evenings with a family and allow our toddler grandson to have a splash around. The poolside bungalow was probably the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. We would definitely go back and stay at this location or another location that is managed by Makoa Resorts. I cannot say enough good things about Shahaf and the value he brings to Makoa Resorts! Location is perfect walk- ability to Kīhei and the food truck market which is not to be missed. Da Green coffee, Blue Door Bread and Pizza, Kitoto are not to be missed!
