Just a short walk away, you'll find the sun-kissed shores perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and a variety of water sports like surfing, snorkeling, diving, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Explore the local scene at the farmer's market or enjoy the lively atmosphere of Kalama Park, also within walking distance. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to world-class golf clubs in Wailea and Makena, less than a 10-minute drive, making this the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.

Space

As you enter you are drawn to the amazing ocean views and expansive lawn. The sandy beach front is perfect for sunning, snorkeling, swimming, and surfing. There is a large lanai with dining table for four, lounge chairs and gas grill, making this the perfect place to enjoy the incredible sunsets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the home chef would need. The living area offers flat screen TV, ceiling fans and of course the magnificent view! There is a queen murphy bed for additional sleeping. The guest bath is conveniently located just off the living area with a large walk-in shower.

Drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves in this nicely appointed primary bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. There is a portable AC for the bedroom. There is a full-size washer and dryer, with street parking available.

Everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach is all here from beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, beach cooler and boogie boards! During season (December - April) watch the majestic Humpback whales right from the lanai.

Transit

For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk.

Once you step onto the property you feel transported to your own little private resort. We loved the patio and private grassy backyard directly on a small sandy beach. I was able to paddle directly out from the beach to an adjacent beginner friendly surf spot. This property exceeded my expectations.

You really can't beat this location. Easy to find and has all the amenities for a peaceful getaway. The backyard is beautifully kept and leads directly to a small beach area where we could swim and take in the gorgeous views.

Property is beautiful and the view felt like we were at a luxury resort, yet we had our own private yard. Loved the smell of lilacs when we returned home every evening. This property was unreal. The ocean view is absolutely insane — you’re maybe 100 feet from the beach, and the backyard feels like a private, beautifully landscaped oasis. Waking up to that view and the sound of the waves every morning is something you don’t forget. Everything you need, from local favorite spots, to grocery stores, surf/snorkel equipment rental and local shops are all within walking distance. This property is centrally located to easily be a home base to explore all the beauty Maui has to offer. The place was spotless, relaxing, and exactly what you hope for when you come to Maui. We loved it so much we’ve already booked it again for next year. Places with this view, Maui beauty and beach access are something you will never forget.
