All guests have access to our complimentary Private Concierge Service. Private chef or catering services, transportation, and group activities such as luau's, whale watching tours, and snorkel boat tours are some of the many services our Concierge can assist with.

Neighborhood

Access

Guests have exclusive use of Villas 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, including a private bedroom (one 2-bedroom villa 4), bathroom, kitchen, living area, and covered lanai for each villa.
Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, two communal gas BBQ grills, and a complimentary washer and dryer are located on the property.
Two beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a cooler are provided per villa for your sun-filled days at the beach.

Space

The villas are thoughtfully designed to feel like a true home away from home. Enjoy fully equipped kitchens, plush and comfortable beds, and modern bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. Every villa also includes private, gated parking for your convenience.

To make your stay effortless, our villas are stocked with travel-friendly extras you may not think to pack,such as an iron and ironing board, Tupperware, wine glasses, dishwasher detergent pods, beach towels, and a clothes-drying rack for swimsuits after a day in the ocean just across the street. We also provide all the essentials, including bath towels and linens, kitchen rags, travel-size shampoo and soap, dish soap, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Villa 1 - 9 features:
(8) 1BR/1BA Villas: Feature a king bed in the bedroom and a full-size pullout sofa in the living room. Accommodates up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
2BR/2BA Villa 4: Include one king suite and one queen suite, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Villas By The Cove.

This is my new favorite property on the Hawaiian islands. The location is hard to beat. It’s just steps from the beach, and also within easy walking distance to downtown, food trucks, restaurants, and bars. You really don’t need a car to enjoy the area. One of the best touches was all the beach gear included (chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, boogie boards, etc). There’s also a grill on the property, which was great for a big family style dinner with our group. The units themselves are very well equipped. The kitchens have everything you’d want. Full-size refrigerators, dishwashers, and plenty of cooking tools. The dining space makes it easy to actually enjoy meals in. Beds were very comfortable as well. The property is clearly well cared for. Amazing landscaping and there’s a full team maintaining it daily, and everything felt clean, organized, and welcoming. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend enough!

This was the absolute perfect place for our family reunion. We had 18 people including kids of all different ages. The villas were nice and included beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. We loved the common spaces. Although we didn’t know we would be sharing it with so many people from the other rentals on the property it wasn’t a problem as the other people did not use the pavilion for meals or anything like we did. The location also exceeded my expectations as its walking distance to beaches, a surf spot, coffee shops, and this incredible food truck garden space. I would definitely stay here again and am so glad we found this gem for our family reunion.
