Guests have exclusive use of the Plantation House, including three private bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom, a full kitchen, a living area, and a covered lanai.
Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, two communal gas BBQ grills, and a complimentary washer and dryer are located on the property.
Four beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a cooler are provided for your sun-filled days at the beach.

Originally built in the 1940s, this beautifully redesigned beach home combines plantation-style architecture with high-end finishes, vaulted ceilings, and sun-filled spaces.

Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, the home features three spacious ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, open-concept living, and multiple lanais for indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy garden views from every room, BBQ dinners on the outdoor dining lanai, and peaceful mornings on the rocking chairs of the master lanai.

For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Villas By The Cove.

Warm & Personal > Our stay at the Plantation House was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect fit for our group of five adults; each bedroom has a private bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the beach, shops, and dinner, though many other great beaches are just a quick drive away. The host provides everything you need for a day on the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards), and the pool was the perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommended!

Very nice bungalow with security and privacy (even though it shares grounds with other units). The unit is spacious, modern, clean and our family of (5) was very comfortable. The host was responsive and friendly. The location is walkable to great shops/restaurants in Kihei and there are multiple beaches in the neighborhood. Would definitely return.
