Guests have exclusive use of Penthouse II, including three private bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area, and a covered lanai.

Built with just the right amount of roof overhang, the tiled lanai gives you ample shade when you want it and sunshine when you need it. The master bath is fully tiled from floor to ceiling, with a walk in, glass walled shower as the focal point. The stone counter tops, and designer lighting tastefully add a warm touch to the space.

The upstairs guest suite features a queen bed, seating area and a full bath. High windows allow for soft lighting and great privacy. The seating area gives you space to unwind or enjoy your favorite read while staying cool in the air-conditioning. The ensuite guest bath has a walk in, glass walled shower as well as a stone topped vanity and designer lighting.

The air-conditioned downstairs suite comfortably sleeps two adults in the king sized bed. A large garden view window lets in plenty of sunlight, or drop the privacy shades for uninterrupted sleep at night.
