The property was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the place felt like home as soon as we checked in. It’s close to the beach, and all the beach gear you could need is provided. The property manager was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay!

Inside Penthouse II
The open concept living area includes a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to make gourmet meals. A live edge monkey pod slab dining table seats six adults comfortably, while the leather wrapped chairs add a contemporary touch of elegance. A deep, comfortable sofa and chair and a wall mounted smart LCD TV round out the entertainment options in the living room. Designer lighting fills the space with a magical glow and a modern touch, while the air conditioning keeps everyone cool during the day. A private lanai hosts a concrete table for four with outstanding views of the manicured grounds, the ocean and the distant West Maui mountains.
The Master Suite is outfitted with a king bed and air-conditioning and features stunning ocean views. Step out onto the lanai and enjoy the outdoors while seated at a bespoke concrete table and enjoy the sights of the surfers' catching waves at the Cove Beach Park. Built with just the right amount of roof overhang, the tiled lanai gives you ample shade when you want it and sunshine when you need it. The master bath is fully tiled from floor to ceiling, with a walk in, glass walled shower as the focal point. The stone counter tops, and designer lighting tastefully add a warm touch to the space.
The upstairs guest suite features a queen bed, seating area and a full bath. High windows allow for soft lighting and great privacy. The seating area gives you space to unwind or enjoy your favorite read while staying cool in the air-conditioning. The ensuite guest bath has a walk in, glass walled shower as well as a stone topped vanity and designer lighting.
The air-conditioned downstairs suite comfortably sleeps two adults in the king sized bed. A large garden view window lets in plenty of sunlight, or drop the privacy shades for uninterrupted sleep at night. The bath is also fully tiled from floor to ceiling, adorned with the same stone counter tops and glass walled walk in shower.
What guests can use
Guests have exclusive use of Penthouse II, including three private bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area, and a covered lanai.
Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, two communal gas BBQ grills, and a complimentary washer and dryer are located on the property.
Four beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a cooler are provided for your sun-filled days at the beach.
The neighborhood
Villas by the Cove is located 25 feet from The Cove Beach Park, where guests can mingle with locals, take surf lessons, or body surf in The Cove's consistent small waves. Charley Young Beach, a long stretch of white sand ideal for beach walks and swimming, is another local favorite that's located at the end of the street, about a one-minute walk from the property front gate.

For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Villas By The Cove.

Just got back from Maui this morning, what an amazing trip!! Our Airbnb was amazing, we stayed at penthouse ll everting about this place was outstanding, the house itself was very clean , up to date and decorated nicely in each room. Few steps away from the pool and the beach. Great view of the beach from the balcony, We could have not picked any better place to stay at, everything from grocery to restaurants and local places was within walking distance, we only used our rental car for couple of places that was farther away! The host was very responsive! We definitely would stay at this place again it was a true 10/10 Thank you for making our vacation memorable!!!!
Very clean and organized. Host was very responsive and helpful during multiple points of our trip. Great access to the town and the beach. We came with our two teenagers at their friends and they enjoyed an easy walk to coffee, shopping, ice cream (with disco lights) daily. Close access to surfing beach and a sandy, relaxing beach. Provided everything you need for a beach day- towels, chairs, surfboards.
