Access

There is a full-size washer and dryer, with parking for one vehicle inside the property.

Everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach is all here from beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, beach cooler and boogie boards! During season (December - April) watch the majestic Humpback whales right from the lanai.

Space

As you enter you are drawn to the amazing ocean views and expansive lawn. The sandy beach front is perfect for sunning, snorkeling, swimming, and surfing. There is a large lanai with dining table, lounge chairs and gas grill, making this the perfect place to enjoy the incredible sunsets.

The spacious living area and kitchen enjoy natural light with sliding doors that open to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the home chef would need. The living area offers flat screen TV, ceiling fans and of course the magnificent view! Each room also has air conditioning, allowing for perfect temperature control throughout the house.

Drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves in this nicely appointed primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and ceiling fan with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, TV, ceiling fan with an ensuite bathroom. There is a queen murphy bed for additional sleeping space.
