Neighborhood

This villa is a private tropical oasis only 50 yards from beaches, snorkeling, and surfing. Minutes away from shops, restaurants, food trucks, playgrounds, tennis courts, and skate parks. All are within walking distance from our beautiful property.
Getting around

Access

Guests also enjoy access to the Wailea Inn’s shared heated pool, communal yoga studio, poolside BBQ gas grill, and complimentary beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and a beach cooler.

Space

Each bedroom, the living room, and the downstairs family room are equipped with individual air conditioning units, allowing guests to enjoy complete temperature control throughout the villa. The ground-floor bedrooms offer the choice of a king bed or two twin beds and include full ensuite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience.

Beach towels are provided in each room, and every bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, and face towels. Guests are also provided with an initial set of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion in each bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and includes glassware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, and baking trays. Additional amenities include a Nespresso coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, an instant hot water boiler, and a blender, along with olive oil, salt, and pepper for guest use.

Guests can relax and dine on the private garden lanai, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that creates a tranquil island setting. Just 50 yards from the beach, the villa offers easy access to swimming, snorkeling, and surfing, making it a true tropical oasis.

Transit

For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Wailea Inn.

The place was beautiful and pristine, and very spacious for a group of 8 adults! Amazing location, across from the beach, and walking distance to all the best spots in Kihei and a close drive to Wailea. Also felt very safe!

The cell service and wifi doesn't work when in the space

The cell service and wifi doesn't work when in the space. When other units are occupied you can hear foot traffic and water being used throughout the rooms. But other than that we have no complaints. Very clean. The hosts were fast at being responsive, the pool is warm and the property was maintained during our stay even with the storm. I would definitely recommend this space for a family. We enjoyed how close of a walk everything was.

We had such a great stay the unit was so clean and so close to everything! Definitely would stay again!! If you walk to the beach early in the morning you can catch a view of the sea turtles and maybe even whales jumping!! Also the pool on the unit grounds was great.

Great place. You can walk to 2 different beaches in under 3 minutes and close to restaurants and food trucks in Kīhei. Super clean and modern place. Loved it.

Place looked pristine. It was located at the center of the town and walkable to the beach and Kehei Marketplace. Had enough beds and lots of towels. All appliances were new and functioning. Few things that could have been better are - there were only sample toiletries. There could be more go cover the entire stay. - kitchen dishes were limited. Wasn't enough for our party's onetime use. - A pantry with basic items would have been nice, like sugar, creamer, etc. Overall a nice stay.

Perfect place for our trip to Maui as a family of 6 (parents, 2 adult children with their partners). The beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, etc. was especially great to have. The place was clean, quiet and had all listed amenities. The nearby beach was beautiful a very short walk away!

Ideal location. Walkable to multiple beaches and restaurants. Airbnb is very nice and recently renovated. Each room has its own bathroom and is very private and quiet, making it a great spot for groups. Pool was a nice added feature.
