Awesome place, right by the beach and access to a pool
Awesome place, right by the beach and access to a pool. You also have access to paddle boards, snorkeling gear, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. Each villa gets their own parking spot as well. We loved how close we were to the beach cove, but it was a really small beach so we ended up at Charley Young beach (only 1 block south). Villas are within walking distance of downtown Kihei, which was super convenient for food and drinks. Free hot yoga is M, W, and F. We spent most of our beach time at Wailea beach (a free beach) which is only a 10 minute drive south of Kihei and absolutely beautiful and perfect for snorkeling. One downside of the villas is that you’re right by South Kihei Road, which is pretty loud…you’re essentially by a mini highway and cars blast their music. From Villa 9, you hear cars until about 10pm which wasn’t a problem for us but a surprise with how much you could hear from the highway. Overall, for the price, it’s a perfect stay and super convenient.
Fantastic villa
Fantastic villa. Clean and well-appointed with an excellent location near shops and a nearly private beach. Hard to ask for a better spot in Kīhei. Better than the resorts.
We loved this spot
We loved this spot. It’s in a great location for walking around Kīhei, with lovely beaches and the food trucks basically at your doorstep. We really appreciated the off street parking, secure and quiet locations, and the beautiful pool area. The space itself was clean, well equipped, and had a spacious bathroom. Highly recommend!
This was our first stay on Maui and we started with a bang
This was our first stay on Maui and we started with a bang! Each of the villa feels private. It’s so close to the beach and you can hear the ocean. From the villa we were in, you can even see the ocean from the kitchen window. The property/pool area is beautiful. I also really liked the bathroom design. Gal was super responsive even when we arrived later in the evening. Would go again and again! Thank you for everything!

This is a wonderful place and we definitely will be back. 9 villas around a tranquil pool and communal area and steps from the beach. Villa 9 is truly special with its own parking space. We just loved it. Great for families or romantic, vibe was spot on. Couldn’t like it more!
