3 Ground Level Villas Description
The 3 Ground Level Villas are part of a multi-level 6,352 square foot gated estate. When renting these 3 Villas, guests have the following three condominium suites that can accommodate a total of 16-20 guests. Ideal for large groups and celebrations such as retreats and family reunions. The range of total number of people for accommodations is dependent upon sleeping arrangements.
Poolside Bungalow - 2 bedrooms/3 baths with downstairs family room that offers 2 queen beds– Sleeps up to 8 guests: A modern end unit condominium suite located on the ground floor with a private garden view dining lanai.
Lele Hideaway – 2 bedrooms/3 baths with downstairs family room that offers 2 queen beds– Sleeps up to 8 guests: A modern condominium suite located on the ground floor with a private garden view dining area.
Ohana Hale – 2 bedrooms/2 baths – Sleeps 4 guests: A spacious two bedroom, two bath end-unit located on the ground floor with a private garden view dining area.
Each bedroom, the living room, and downstairs family room has its own air conditioning unit for complete temperature control. Guests may choose from a King bed or two twin beds in the bedrooms, which also have full ensuite bathrooms and are located on the ground floor. The rooms also include beach towels and each bathroom has bath towels, hand towels and face towels. One initial set of travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion and hair dryer are provided in each bathroom.
A fully equipped kitchen in each unit includes stainless steel appliances, glassware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, baking trays, Nespresso coffee machine, drip coffee maker, toaster, instant hot water boiler, blender, olive oil, salt and pepper. These villas are a tropical oasis only 50 yards from beaches, snorkeling and surfing. Minutes away from shops, restaurants, playgrounds, tennis courts and skate-parks.
