Enjoy the laid back Aloha spirit at Villas By The Cove, a boutique vacation rental property offering nine villas, a heated swimming pool, and an events pavilion where large groups can eat together. The estate offers 8 one bedroom villas and 1 two bedroom villa. We also have available an additional three, 3 bedroom Villas on property if you need more space for your group. Our prime location is across the street from the Cove Beach Park, Maui’s popular surf spot where guests can mingle with locals, take surf lessons or body surf in small waves. Experience an older Hawaiian style charm with a modern twist in this newly remodeled estate that was originally built in the 1950's as beach bungalows. Each of the nine villas offer 600 to 800 square feet of living space and feature ocean and garden views. Each Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable king bed, a living room with a full size pullout couch and a 55" flat screen TV, new split A/C system, high speed wifi, a full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, ocean or garden views, a covered lanai and private gated parking conveniently located next to each villa front door.
Each of the one bedroom villas sleeps up to 3 adults - 2 guests on a King bed that can also be reconfigured in to 2 twin beds upon request. The full size sofa bed in each living room comfortably sleeps 1 adult or 2 small children. The two bedroom, two bath villa sleeps up to 4 adults and has 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. The king beds can be reconfigured in to two twin beds upon request.
Each villa offers a fully equipped kitchen stocked with full size appliances and everything needed to cook up a full course meal (such as blenders, toasters, coffee makers, instant hot water heaters, Tupperware, dishes, cookware, wine glasses, baking sheets, utensils, aluminum foil, etc...). Each villa's dining area seats up to 4 guests.
Designed to feel like a second home, each villa is conveniently supplied with all of your travel-related “extra” needs such as an iron and ironing board, dishwasher soap capsules, oversized beach towels, and a clothes drying rack for wet swimsuits after playing in the ocean across the street. Basics such as bath towels, linens, kitchen rags, a set of travel size shampoo and soap, dish soap, salt, pepper, olive oil, aluminum foil, and coffee filters are provided as well. Two communal gas bbq grills and a complimentary washer and dryer are located on property and laundry detergent is provided.
We provide oversized beach towels, 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, one beach umbrella, and one beach cooler in each of the nine villas for your sun-filled days at the white sandy beaches across the street. Enjoy privacy on this gated estate that's surrounded with lush, tropical landscaping and mango and palm trees.
Ideal for weddings groups, yoga retreats, family reunions and large travel group vacations, the Villas By The Cove Estate offers an outdoor communal gathering/dining area on a flat grassy lawn shaded under a mango tree. We can provide up to 6 complimentary event tables and 30 event chairs to be used in our events pavilion where everyone can dine together.
All guests have access to our complimentary Private Concierge service to assist with arranging private chefs/caterers and restaurant reservations. Our Concierge can also arrange a variety of group activities such as luau's, snorkel boat tours, whale watching tours, helicopter rides, Zipline tours and bike rides down the Haleakala Crater. Special accommodations such as pre-arrival grocery service, in-residence spa services, and lei greetings are also available.
Conveniently located on a small oceanfront side street across the street from the beach, Villas By The Cove is within walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, shops, nightlife, cafes farmer's markets and supermarkets. The Cove Beach park and a secret beach is directly across the street, about 40 steps from the property front gate. Charley Young Beach - a white sandy beach ideal for sun bathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking is less than a minute walk from each villa.
Our guests enjoy their sun-filled days at the beach across the street, relax on their private lanai's under the mango trees, eat at nearby restaurants and food trucks, play tennis, beach volleyball or picnic in the neighboring Kalama Park.
